Brekky: Muesli with fruit and coffee

Snack: Coffee and 1 square dark chocolate

Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese
Apple

This morning after I weighed in I went to the pool and joined so starting next week I will do laps twice a week and I'm also hoping to get back to the gym 3 times a week.

I have to go to a wedding tomorrow so I will probably be naughty.

I went and had my first ever facial this morning - it was so nice! Why didn't I discover them when I was working and could afford it? I mean seriously, who needs chocolate?

Darren finds out this afternoon whether he has been retrenched or not so I better not tie up the phone line much longer or he won't be able to tell me. I'm so excited. He's thinking he might like to go to TAFE and do the course to become a trade teacher (he's an electrician). They say a change is a good as a holiday.
