Good Afternoon Everyone
1 Nashi Fruit
Tomato and Basil Tuna with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, baby betroot, a slice of low fat cheese and some low fat mayo.
Dinner will be:
Small serve of Beef Stroganoff (made with low fat sour cream) with a small serve of rice and probably some squash, broccoli and zuchini. After dinner I might have a 200g tub of Nestle Diet Yoghurt (I think it has the lowest calorie/kJ count).
Felt great when I woke up this morning. I have done my 2 mile dvd, not sure if i will do the 3 mile as well today. I will probably do 10km on the exercise bike.
Thank you to everyone who has given me words of encouragement, it means a lot and has given me a real boost again (just what i needed
