An alpine muslie made of
200g plain skim yogurt
1 finely chopped apple
1 chopped orange
1 raw sachet of porridge
1 glass water


Snack
1 cup of yoghurt
1 glass of water

We are going out for Tea tonight, it's a smorasbourd so I thought very little for lunch. :D

babe, that is not enough for lunch, even if you are going to a smorgasbord. Now, dont think i know what I am doing, but perhaps you should eat more for lunch so that you dont go overboard tonight, otherwise you'd be ravenous!!!

I hope this is coming over ok, i dont mean it to be "I know more than you etc.

Breakfast
2P of toast with v mite
low fat hot choc

Lunch
Sandwich with cheese and beetroot

Dinner
Potatoe bake with 2 small chops

Spent 2 hours in lawyers office :cry: Came home and felt like devouring Block of chocolate and kids chip rations for school . Had hot bubble bath instead . Felt much better
