Hope everyone is having a good week, I had my weight done on Monday and it is 136kg I did get a bit down but didnt hit the junk food. I have been to the gym eveyday for a week now. I just wish the weight would come off faster .

Me too Melissa, I just hopped on the scale this morning and it show'd I'd gained 1½ kg back :shock:
I won't panic until Friday (our forum group weigh-in day)

Well Done Melissa,

Going to the Gym too, that's great. I agree we always put weight on very quickly but it seems to come off very slow. :D
