Ham with Salad and 1 Slice of Bread
I didnt feel like breakfast this morning, but I had to eat something to give me some kinda boost for exercise.
I bought the Nov/Dec issue of Weight Watchers Magazine yesterday. It has lots of inspiring stories in it (I find after reading those kinda stories I feel really motivated) and some yummy recipes in the attached calendar (might have to try some out I think)
