Breakfast : 2 slices of wholemeal toast with reduced fat peanut butter (a teaspoonful for the two slices)

Lunch: egg and lettuce sandwich on wholemeal bread and a yoghurt

About to go and get an apple for afternoon tea!

Bad Bad Bad day today . Slept in and skipped brekkie .Had to go to Teddy bears picnic in the park for playgroup and childrens week .Ate kids snacks. then had chicken burger for lunch as it was easy to pick up on the way home . Then had a family dinner at home for my sons 2nd bithday which was today and it was a baked dinner :oops: Then had another birthday cake and had one piece .
Hopefully now all the birthdays are over till christmas i can get back on track :roll:

Not to worry Jules, you did know it was going to be a rough week with all the celebrating days happening. Life is full of nasty challenges and it's even worse when we're tired.

Read a few of these (that I just finished) it might help you stay strong next time those temptimg moments come along.
