Well, I got sick of not being able to check my progress so I went and priced a new scales that go up to my weight and they measure in 100g increments and do body fat and body water too. Ridiculously expensive - it took a marathon whinge session before I was allowed to buy them, but I got there! So tomorrow I am going to start over. I have had a disaster October. Since Darren's not working now he gets to see what I do with my afternoons - it's pretty embarrassing because it's not very much at all! I'll have to lift my game. I know it's getting late but I think I can still lose 10kg by Christmas if I work really hard. They do it on the biggest loser, so I can do it too!

Serena, Get back into http://www.Flylady.net then Darren will see you busy all the time. That's what I do on Georges work days at home.
Today was that time of the month they recommend the 27 fling boogie, I usually refrain from passing on 27 things to the bin or good will, but today I really went to town.

The new scales sounds like a great idea. Mine are a bit dodgy at the moment maybe I should venture out for some new ones (only cheapies from woolworths though)

Hi ya all . i have been soooooooooo naughty the past 2 day , not writing in my diary or exercise . i have been baby sitting my sis inlaws kids for the past 2 day and getting stressed as well so i hit the choclate at night and not doing any exercise . I was so ashamed after i binged on it and crawled into bed . But i guess in my journey lately it has been 2 steps forward and 3 back so methinks i will have to really knuckle down
Cheers for now

Jules, I understand what looking after kids can do. Sometimes I get so stressed when my before school day care kids fight with each other (verbally and physically) they are 3 rebal boys. I usually go for a walk to let down the stress but that would be impossible for you as you have the kids all day and can't get away (((Hugs)))
