A wet miserable day here and when I finish lunch I have to go out and work in it. :(

We've got sunshine but there is a coolness that is penetrating my past injured bones.

Bake beans on toast (no butter)

Dinner
Chicken stir fry

Snack
2 freddo frogs

i was so down after weigh in i went and bought a 1 litre bottle of water so i can make sure im having at least 1 L per day
then went to the store and bought chicken for stir fry , fat free snakes for the week and lite ham for my salad sandwhichs for lunch . Kept away from the lolly isle and bought multi grain bread . I think if i make these Small changes hopefully it will help

You should be drinking 2 litres a day not 1 Jules. :D

oh noooooooo lol i found it hard to drink 1 lt and when i went hopping i had to duck off to the ladies .. lucky mum was there with me otherwise it would have ben the shopping trolly my son and myself in there

Jules adding a diet cordial to the water helps it go down until you are used to it, then you can give up the artificially sweetend drinks.
