My Day in Tas

Today was a glorious day here in Tas so this is how it went for me today :shock:
My morning exercise was;
5 Kilometres on ski/walker
5 on exercise bike
10 reps
Breakfast was: a slice of wholemeal toast with vegemite and a 1/2 a cup of cold cereal with low fat milk.

Lunch was 4 sesame seed vitabrits with a thin slice of low fat cheese, tomato and an apple

Dinner was roast turkey (all lean) and steamed vegetables, (carrots, beans, brocolli and peas) - a very small portion though :lol:

I scrubbed wet area floors on my hands and knees with a scrubbing brush (good exercise workout!!) - then I mowed about 1/2 acre with a hand mower, on uneven ground. My OH couldn't believe that I was using the hand mower rather then the ride on :twisted:

Then I did some more exercises before dinner and that was:

10 reps
3 kilometres on exercise bike
2 kilometres on ski/walker

Now I am very tired and weary, time to rest :lol:

Wow Maria, very impressive.

My exhausting day just consisted of me going to my sisters house for a relaxing massage (she's a masseuse)
