Hi everyone,

Been busy with the birds all morning and haven't had time to log in.

Breakfast
Yoghurt & Bluberry Smoothie

Lunch
Fresh Fish
Apple

Going out for Dinner to the Pub (it's all you can eat), Gerry wants to go. I was hoping he wouldn't want to go this fortnight as it's the TOTM and I don't feel that it will be a good week on the scales. :(
