Another early bird.......... morning Dolly
Had a lovely evening last night with friends who I used to know in Perth
they made no comment about my weight but told me how well I looked hich wa a nice boost, I was so worried they would do a doulble take when they saw me, how is that for a low self esteem.

Will have special K and Stawberroes for brekky with skim milk and will prepare a salad for lunch, tea I will have to think about.

Lunch will be
Lettuce Sandwiches
Ham, tomato and cucumber between lettuce leaves

Breakfast today was 2 slices of wholemeal toast with vegemite whilst on the run looking for my young cat that dissappeared for 6 hours!! Must have lost a kilo running through about 7 acres looking for her!! She was found playing with a lizard!!

hi all,

6.00. hot oats, 1/2 cup of skim milk, water to drink.

12.00. tuna, salad sand/w. water to drink.

1.30. cut up kiwi fruit.

more water to drink.

7.30 tea.. homecooked fish and chips with salad...more water to drink.

Looks like yesterdays melbourne cup luncheon has thrown me off my good routine that I had last week.

I've eaten my dinner way too early
fish salad and
3 (thats right 3) slices of bread
1 glass of skim milk
Lets hope I can hold off eating till tomorrow now.

It has been so humid here today and I don't like it. :evil: :evil:

Don't feel to bad Dolly, I just found one of Crystals mini Milkyways and ate it, I couldn't help myself it's the TOTM and it shouldn't have been in her jacket pocket that I emptied to wash. :oops: :evil:
