Hi All
I'm down south - 10 minutes out of Hobart - the storm created havoc with our farm animals - poor things..

Breakfast on the run this morning;
2 slices of wholemeal toats and light peanut butter

Lunch will be a salad sandwich

Dinner will be spaghetti bolognese

Gone right off food at the moment so must make an effort to ensure that I eat something. My tendency to go off food considerably - so must make an effort today - hardly ate all yesterday.

Cheers
Maria
