Morning Dolly,

Slow start this morning, slept in. My sinuses are really bad have to start taking the Chinese Herbs I use to clear it up again. :(

Brunch
3 Boiled Eggs
Grilled Tomato
Grilled Zucchine

Hello

Breakfast:
2 poached eggs and a slice of wholemeal toast

Lunch:
a scone and an apple

Dinner will be:
spit roast beef and steamed vegies and.....a spud :-)

If I have any snacks before dinner it will be melon or an apple.

The wedding was beautiful... the food was not that good but portioned well.

Breakfast
1 glass of orange juice
2 slices of wholemeal toast(no butter)
4 slices of tomato
a cup of green tea

hi all feeling a little better today still down though. Must be cause its TTOTM yuck anyways

lunch
bakebeans with 2 pieces of bread

snack
1 low fat muffin

dinner
2 pieces of chicken and handful of chips

Need to keep awayfrom choc tonight as i feel i could eat a whole block

Jules I think that's awesome about you being a special education teacher. Don't worry about being an older student at Uni. My daughter Adele told me they had heaps of people in their 40's 50's and 60's there, one lady was 76 and getting a uni education.
My 21 year old son Mike made best friends with a guy who was 55 (that was 2 years ago and they still hang out)
It'll be an exciting experience for sure.
