mmmm I feel like Homer off The Simpsons today LOL - and I like the sound of a ham and cheese muffin YummO - might have to find me a packet of them or are they homemade? (not to eat all in one go though!) :-)

My friend always buys me a chocolate orange for Christmas and she asked me if she should get me one this year HECK, YES!!

Hi Killerbabe LOL

It sounds lovely too!! I am so bored with my cereal - I feel like having something a little more substantial in my gut! That will do the trick nicely I think!

Yep, I agree with you - the orange ball is definitely ON the menu for Christmas Breakfast!! LOL

Oh well if the chocolate ball in on the menu in a few weeks time i better get back on that bl$$dy walker thing

Cheers

Having a lot of trouble with the sinuses for the last few days, so the head feels terrible. :(

We had about 3-4 days of warmer weather (30) and was quite humid. Well, my ankles were so painful I could hardly walk, what am I going to be like when it gets really hot.

Today is back to wet, cold and miserable and I have no pain in the ankles. :D

Lunch
Lettuce Sandwiches
Ham, Tomato & cucumber between lettuce leaves

Hi Fairie, sorry to hear you have been crook! Did you see my response to you about the personal trainer?

I used to suffer with sinus problems too - but for some reason it stopped, and I don't know why, but I am not complaining - it is an awful thing.

Reading about your lettuce sandwiches reminded me of a meal we had whilst in Japan September this year - it was barbecued lean beef and they had dollops of wasabi mustard and a soy mixture - the meat was just barbied plain and then we put the meat in lettuce and spread it with the wasabi and soy mixture and ate it like that - it was delicious too..

Might be an idea to try this at home.

Cheers

Good Luck Fairie! Sounds like you have a plan set out - that's great. Do you have to be able to swim for Aqua class? You'll be fine today - just do what you are comfortable with and that way it will be more enjoyable.

M/bread chips? I guess that is mountain bread but the chip part ? Whatever it is it sounds great..

Cheers
Maria
