Breakfast - Special K, Skim Milk & an Orange
Lunch - Tuna & Avocado Salad
Dinner - Probably some type of meat and vegetables - didn't make my cut off for dinner which is 6pm so it will be a cup of tea for me tonight.
Snack - Fruit
Its really hard to have a variety of food at the moment because of the fact that I am not eating any '"WHITE STUFF" (ie: Potato, Bread, Rice & Pasta). (See Home Grown Tips) Plus with limited time it is hard to be creative although I do have time on the weekends which is something to look forward to. Doing this for six weeks has made me realise that I can survive without it and I don't feel like such a carbohydrate addict. I will start introducing small amounts of carbs next week. I am also going to try and eat whole meal or brown versions of everything except for potato of course!! I am still going to try and not eat any carbohydrates for dinner. I may set myself another challenge that will take me to Christmas and not eat any dairy. I am a sucker for cheese!!! I may cut out cheese, milk, eggs and yogurt it will hurt but I will give it a go. I have found that during the last 6 weeks I was eating alot of dairy because of the lack of carbs. I will try and get my calcium during this time from another source so if you have any ideas let me know!! At the end of my little challenges I have a day of celebration. On Saturday I have an outing where I am going to allow myself a few drinks to celebrate my NO WHITE STUFF SUCCESS. Crazy I know!! But it seems to be working for me because I am feeling better about myself.
