Thanks Dolly its challenging but I am enjoying it, and its less physical I know that its not the best for me weight wise but I am getting too old to be shifting stock and stuff so an office job was worth taking becuase if I am going to work for a few years yet, I may as well do it from the comfort of an office

Didn't get up and exercise this morning although I probably should have because I didn't exercise yesterday. Anyway I will just have to get over it. I make it sound like it is such a chore to exercise but really it should be fun at least I'm not at work when I am exercising.

Breakfast - Special K & Skim Milk, an Orange
Lunch - Beef and Vegetable Casserole that I didn't eat last night because I missed my 6pm cut off time
Dinner - Hopefully I will make it home in time for dinner today.
Snack - Fruit

Breakfast:
2 slices of wholemeal toast with light peanut butter

Lunch:
A low fat/low salt ham sandwich on wholemeal (was chasing a rampant steer for 2 hours this morning so needed lunch - plus extra exercise)

Dinner will be:
Grilled Pink Ling and salad with a morton bay bug thrown in for protein LOL

Snacks:
None yet but I will have an apple soon

Good luck with your weigh in Fairie.

Hi Dolly

You can come over for dinner if you want to.

This is the only way I can think of getting me used to eating fish LOL - such a hard thing to cope with LOL

So what time will you be here for dinner? We plan on eating about 6.00ish...

Don't worry about you arrowroot biscuits either - the way I am looking at it is 80/20 and that was your 20

No one else saw the post anyway LOL

Cheers
