No exercise again today!! It will be 4 days of no exercise in a row!! I should be ashamed of myself, but I have been working hard for the last 6 weeks so I might just get over it.
Breakfast - Special K and Skim Milk
Lunch - Pork & Vegetables - the dinner I missed last night because I didn't make my 6pm cut-off
Dinner - Fish and Salad
Snack - Fruit
Not too bad today!!
