Hello:

2 slices of toast - w/meal

Lunch will be eggs possibly scrambled with tomato and mushroom

Dinner will be low fat homemade burgers (as in the recipes of this website)

Snack if any will be an apple or a few raw nuts and dried fruit.

No exercise again today!! It will be 4 days of no exercise in a row!! I should be ashamed of myself, but I have been working hard for the last 6 weeks so I might just get over it.

Breakfast - Special K and Skim Milk
Lunch - Pork & Vegetables - the dinner I missed last night because I didn't make my 6pm cut-off
Dinner - Fish and Salad
Snack - Fruit

Not too bad today!!

havent posted here for a few days as i was :oops: at what i ate (to many take outs with 2 kids ill
Today was on track

cereal with low fat milk
lunch
salad roll
snack
w/w bar
dinner
