Oh dear I hope you are both ok soon! There seems to be a lot of bugs about at the moment. <hugs to Fairie and jodestar>

For breakfast slices of wholemeal toast

For lunch an apple and a museli bar.

For dinner eye fillet steak, salad, steamed vegies and grilled mushroom

Snacks if anything will be raw nuts and dried fruit or an apple

Thanks for the clever tip on the other thread about setting mini goals Maria.
I've now made a new ticker graph where I'm setting myself mini goals, so everytime I get to a 5kg loss, I will add another 5kg to my ticker. That way I'll be closer to each goal not down the other end of my ticker graph, it's more exciting to get to that mini goal when you're not that far off it

Hi Dolly

That's an excellent idea to set yourself with mini goals with the Ticker Graph. That's more or less what I have done also - my introduction to this forum was that I wanted to lose 10 kilo's - but I still want to lose 10 kilo's :lol: It is not such a *long* way off by doing it this way - and when you reach your mini-goal you are a huge step closer to your ultimate one.

It is definitely exciting when you reach the goals - it sort of spurs you on to go further along and then before you know it......you're there :D

hi all how are we doing
breakky nothin this way i had get up most of the night cause GT has a bad cough and was waking every 2-3 hours so mum took him early so i could get at least a little bit of sleep

lunch
salad roll

snack
ww bar

dinner
home made chicken buger

I bought a ww cookbook off ebay and it arrived on fri so i am going to put my cooking skills to the test next week . Hopefully i dont burn down mums kitchen :lol:

Someone else here has tried that diet but I can't remember who.
