Thanks for the clever tip on the other thread about setting mini goals Maria.
I've now made a new ticker graph where I'm setting myself mini goals, so everytime I get to a 5kg loss, I will add another 5kg to my ticker. That way I'll be closer to each goal not down the other end of my ticker graph, it's more exciting to get to that mini goal when you're not that far off it
1 glass of skim milk
1 vegemite horseshoe roll with 1 teaspoon margarine
1 kiwi fruit
