For breakfast:
2 slices of wholemeal toast with light peanut butter
1/2 a cup of cold cereal with low fat milk

Lunch will be:
4 rivita with low fat cheese and a tomato

Snacks will be:
Apple and/or raw nuts

Dinner will be:
Roast turkey and steamed vegetables (broccoli, beans, carrots) and maybe some of that yucky spinach :wink:

Oh and a glass or 4 of red Tassie wine to help the spinach on its way :P

Hi Fairie

Sorry that you are still feeling unwell - maybe you should see a doctor tomorrow - a gastro bug should not take more than 48 hours to get out of your system I would'nt think (BTW, I am one of the least medical people I know!) Could it be food poisoning?
