Feeling Better

Postby Fairie » Tue Nov 15, 2005 5:26 pm

Hi Guy's,

Am slowly feeling better though I can only manage some dry crackers with a little vegimite and some sports drinks to replace the electrolytes lost.

Can anyone tell me why I have cravings for carbs like potatoes, pasta and breads, I have had this before when I have had food poisoning. The thought of eating anything else makes the stomach heave.

dunno, but the only time I've had gastro, all I wanted was saladas - similar thing - dry, carbohydratey and just a touch of salt
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Your SureSlim diet might be just a little too low on carbs.
Carbohydrate-rich foods are the primary source of energy for all body functions and you might just be needing a little more of the starchy carbs.

It's so good to have you back Fay, I'm not feeling too well at the moment (thyroid related) I think I'll take a couple of days off the computer and come back on Friday.
