how should i....?

cook my vegies tonight? i have mixed vegies (frozen), potatoes, broccoli and carrots and onions. any suggestions?!

umm...

:arrow: lightley saute veg

:arrow: Vege Bake - boil them in water when cooked, make a white sauce or cheese sauce & bake it in the oven if you have any breadcrumb's fresh is best & mix a little bit of cheese is really nice over the top aswell you could also sprinkle paprika over the top if you have any & bake it in the oven for 1/2 an hour.

:arrow: mix gravey throught the veg

great ideas girls i will definately do those things in the coming week :) i ended up steaming the veg, sauteeing them in the fry pan (dry frying with some herbs) and then put them in the oven. quick and easy :)

I buy little gourmet potatos and put them in a baking tray, spray with oil and bake them until they go crispy!! Yummmmmm

good with low fat sour cream!

*drool* loooovveee sour cream - lite sour cream tastes just the same to me too which is a bonus! i never liked sour cream gorwing up. mum used to have to dish up my beef stroganoff before she added the sour cream LOL
