I have been making an extra serve of either salad or steamed veges with dinner and then having it with either some salmon or tuna or leftover meat from dinner.

I either make a salal the night before or take leftovers for lunch. I'm super lazy in the mornings before I go to work and would rather sleep than get up and make my lunch. This way it is there ready to go.

usually my salads are:
yellow capsicum
kalamata olives
sundried tomato
chicken or ham
