I just made a yummy smoothie and thought i'd share the recipe!!
1 small banana
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup blueberries
splash of milk
add all to a blender and blend!! serve immediately. Add more/less milk to adjust thickness. YUM!
sounds great, i luuurve banana smoothies. have you ever tried freezing the banana the night before? that is the best!
