I often take salad stuff to work and make a salad at work.

If you dont wanna do that you could always make a bit extra of what you have for dinner the night before and take that for work takes the hard work out of worrying about lunch.

If your not feeling that hungry at lunch dry biscuits and toppings are also good as well.

I either take salad or leftovers from night before never fails

I always say you cant beat a good old sandwich! Lean meat and salad is quite filling, or a mountain bread wrap. :D

For work I either take a salad that i've made the night before - low fat cheese & chicken meat, lettuce, onion, cucumber, carrot, tomato, raw brocoli and coliflower and either put some low fat vinegar dressing on it or 97% fat free mayo.

The above minus the raw veggies on a 100 calorie wrap.

For snacks I have either raw fruit and nut mix, slim secrets bar, fruit etc

If you're happy to buy your lunch, you can go to subway and either get a big salad or a 6inch sub under 6grams fat.

The idea about taking last nights leftovers is a great one too :D
