For work I either take a salad that i've made the night before - low fat cheese & chicken meat, lettuce, onion, cucumber, carrot, tomato, raw brocoli and coliflower and either put some low fat vinegar dressing on it or 97% fat free mayo.
The above minus the raw veggies on a 100 calorie wrap.
For snacks I have either raw fruit and nut mix, slim secrets bar, fruit etc
If you're happy to buy your lunch, you can go to subway and either get a big salad or a 6inch sub under 6grams fat.
The idea about taking last nights leftovers is a great one too
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
