Well, i've bitten the bullet and bought some roo meat which I will be having for the first time on Friday night. I'm quite apprehensive as i've never had it before!!!
Can't anyone recommend a nice recipe or the best way to cook it?
I'm thinking of grilling it and having it with steamed veggies and a low fat pepper sauce.
Also, what does it taste like? Can you compare the taste to other meats?
