Hi Anthony
If i want to crumb chicken i use ,dried breadcrumbs, and chicken stock powder mix these on a plate.(You can add other spices like garlic, basil, ginger etc etc)
Beat 1 egg white and 1/4 cup skim milk.Coat chicken in milk mix and then in crumb mixture.
I spray oven tray with cooking spray and also lightly spray the chicken pieces and cook them in oven.
Depending on how big you have them and the type of your oven, cook accordingly time wise.
Just dont overcook ......dry..... yuk
Enjoy
And good luck

Or marinade them in a little spray oil and curry spices and then BBQ, and serve over a chopped salsa salad..........

There are lots of different seasonings you can buy in the supermarket, just put some on, let it sit for a few minutes then grill. I really like the mediteranean seasoning at the moment.

If you want a healthier alternative to breadcrumbs, crush up some bran flakes/all bran, and use that :)

For a really nice chicken tandoori try to find an indian spice shop. We go to our local one for anythjing indian, always tastier then the jar stuff you buy in the supermarkets. Ours has a tandoori powder that you buy by the packet (last ages) you mix 1 tbls spoon with 100 gram s natural yogurt and add a tiny little bit of oil (just so the chicken won't dry out when you cook it) mix together then put the chicken in it and leave sitting for 2 hours or overnight for a really strong flavour. then you just bake, or grill or bbq. I use chicken breast strips but you could use any chicken you like.
And i did know a really easy stirfry sauce but can't remeber it at the moment so i will get back to you with it. it was really easy with kep cap manis and fish sauce.
