- Corn thins with a portions of laughing cow cheese or cottage cheese and a scraping of pesto
- Rice crackers and salsa
- Small tin of tuna
- Dry biscuits (my favourite are Vita-Weats)
- Weight Watchers bars or biscuits (the Black Forest bars are soooo yummy and contain 6.9g of fibre per bar)
- Hard boiled eggs
- Salad
- Low-cal hot chocolate
- Yoghurt

There are plenty more that I can't think of right now, I'm sure there's probably a tonne of other threads about snacks...maybe do a search?

Hi Anthony,

Have you tried varying the fruit you have? Have dragon fruit or lychees every so often instead of apples or pears.
Buy some berries and blend with skim milk. yummy.
cut up some snow peas, carrot, capsicum and brocolini and have with cottage cheese or another dip is lite sour cream mixed with italian herbs, tastes yummy with the raw veg.
If you want something completely away from fruit and veg then maybe some of the weight watchers snacks, the choc mousse is to die for (still not as good as my mums but :D ) or yogurt....
You can buy flavoured corn thins, i love the salt and vinigar (actually scrap that - its salt!)
plain corn thins with vegimite on top.
vitawheats with vegimite

Thats just some thoughts. Now if you'll excuse me i'm off to get more snow peas, yum!

Seaweed rice crackers with low fat Tzatziki dip (Tam got me on to this!!)
Carrot sticks

pita crisps
vita weats with avocado & cucumber

Yoghurt is really good as a snack.
Yoplait have a brand called 'forme' that come in 175g tubs, all at around 300kj each which is really low cal.
They come in the following flavours:
Yoghurt: Forme, Strawberry
Yoghurt: Forme, Classic Cheesecake
Yoghurt: Forme, French Vanilla
Yoghurt: Forme, Berry Brulee
Yoghurt: Forme, Apple Pie
Yoghurt: Forme, Boysenberry
Yoghurt: Forme, Banana & Creamy Honey
Yoghurt: Forme, Passionfruit
Yoghurt: Forme, Mango
Yoghurt: Forme, Peach Mango
Yoghurt: Forme, Black Cherry
Yoghurt: Forme, Apricot
Yoghurt: Forme, Tropical

Classic cheesecake is def the best, tastes so real!
Combine that with a piece of fruit like plums, grapes, banana, apple and it will fill you up!

OR
Cruskits w/ light cream cheese & pesto
Criskits w/ Tuna
Cruskits w/ Light cream cheese & tuna
Cruskits w/ tomato & cream cheese

the possibilities are endless!

Babybel Mini Light Cheese - around 200kj and a great snack

Whenever I start feeling hungry at work, ill have a hot tea or milo. That usually cures my sweet tooth. I dont use sugar, but I have 2 equal, which I have come to like more than sugar.

Its around 600kj but i swear tastes WAY worse than that. The caramel flavour is the best!
And you can have it hot or cold.
