chicken for lunch..

hey guys ive been having ham or chicken with a salad or in a wrap for lunches nearly every day.. im buyin a 1/2 of a cooked chicken from the deli each couples of night, is that what use do or do you buy the chicken pieces or strips frozen?? they frozen packet stuff would be more convident and probly cheaper but its proby not good for you??

i buy chicken breast wrap it in a parcel made of baking paper and cook it in the oven, it cooks the chicken and keeps all the juices in so its delicious juice and tender :)

really thats is.. just wrap it in baking paper and chuck it in the oven... that simple.. and do u use this for a salad for lunch or in a wrap.. but if u cook in the night before, how can u heat the chicken up.. or do u just have it cold
