No Points Soup

I'm assuming this is from weight watchers :)
I cooked it up ;ast night and had some for lunch today mmmmmmmmmm so yummy!

2x400g tins of chopped toms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
2 sticks of celery
2 zucchinis
4 cups of vegie stock
salt and pepper to taste.

Boil until vegies are tender... then blend it up until it gets to a texture that you like.

so so yummy :)

oh and i added a small tin of tuna with mine today... you could add any kind of meat...

That doesnt make it a "no points soup" then... lol

Yes the Weight Watchers No Point Soup is always a great space filler for when someone wants to snack. And for those on the Tony Ferguson Diet you can still have this delish soup, just omit the carrots, as our intake of these per week is limited.

I used to make something similar to this soup and add some curry powder, I like it spicy.

It really is a great space filler and all those veges mmmmm so good for you. Especially good as winter approaches.

You could probaby make it better by just using water with some salt and pepper rather than stock as it would be less salt and less oil (stock cubes are oily and I'm sure liquid stock would have some in it too)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
