mmmmm, I do something similar, except I put pretty much anything that will go on a pizza on the pizza. A bit like a mega mega "the lot".
tomato paste (or baked beans - don't laugh until you've tried it!), tomato, capsicum, mushrooms, ham/salami/tuna if I want to, corn, pineapple, onion, fetta, baby spinach, sun dried tomatoes, olives, sprinkle of cheese and herbs... It ends up looking like one gigantic pile of vegies! LOL
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
