Yummy Nachos!

Hey I absolutely Loooooove Nachos and I couldnt bear to miss them completely, so either of these are fantastic, and a lot lighter than regular nachos- Use rice crackers (sounds wierd I know) in place of cornchips, its actually really yummy or cut up a mountain bread or lavash bread into triangles and cook in the oven for a few mins until crispy. I use salsa, swt chilli sauce and weightwatchers sour crm on mine, and sometimes guacamole. Its still far better than the regular kind and just as yummy! :P

Try my bean nachos - cuts out the animal fats from the meat, is high in vege protein and lots of fibre (be wary of the side effects if you don't eat much fibre usually though) I'm pretty sure I put the recipe in the recipes section under legumes/pulses - something like that.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
