I start work early in the morning and I often don't have time for breakfast or im not hungry that early so the night before I measure out my muesli in a small container slice up half a banana over this then top up with low fat yogurt and put the lid on. Put in fridge and the next day just grab the container from the fridge and a spoon and take it with you to eat on the bus etc or when you get to work (or wherever you are going) or even keep at work for a low fat mid morning snack. So convenient and tastes good too.

I was the same when I was at high school and had extra classes in the morning. Definitely a winner!

Yeah preparing ahead of time definitely helps, and also keeps the number down of those times where you eat something unhealthy because you're in a rush!
