someone mentioned low fat muffin recipes. this is a blueberry one but im sure you could substitue for banana or low fat choc chips or something :)

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Ingredients ...
2 cups SR flour
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup Splenda™
1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 egg, lightly beaten
¾ cup (180ml) buttermilk
½ cup vegetable oil

What to do ...
Grease a 12 hole muffin pan
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients
Spoon into muffin pan
Bake muffins in a moderately hot oven for 20 minutes
Frozen blueberries can be used without thawing first
Best made on day of serving or served warm

Makes 12 muffins

Carbohydrates per muffin 22g

nope :( i found it on a site and they only had carbs... it was a diabetic site

hey there welcome aboard!

post on the "Introductions" thread so more people will know you have joined and will say hi!

There is a sticky in that thread that tells you how to create a ticker

we're all using different methods to lose weight on here, the challenges are just us posting our weights (for example at the beginning and the end of a month) and seeing who was the slimmer of the month!

no teams.. as such
