thats great that she helped you amy it sounds like she is inspiring to a lot of people. she recently approved her recipes to be allowed on this forum.

i dunno i just think she comes across as publicity seeking and money hungry. i dont know her though so i can only say that from being a bystander but if anyone knows her personally and can correct me please do so. i dont mean to sound nasty at all. its just like saying tom cruise is weird! lol.

I have found her really helpful. I have emailed her a few times about different things over the years and she always responds positively. There has not been one time that she hasn't responded and each time it has really helped.....My mum and her have spoken on the phone from time to time and she is a really friendly, positive person.....I hope this helps solve the matter a bit
