This recipe is super easy and super yummy!
2 low fat graham cracker pie shells
1 large sugar free vanilla pudding (instant)
1 package crystal lite (or sugar free drink mix - lime flavor)
2 cups skim milk
16 ounces free cool whip
Combine pudding and crystal lite. Add milk and whip according to directions. Add 2/3 cup coop whip (fold it in). Put in 2 pie shells. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate.
