Ive only recently joined this site, and thought i should contribute to this section and share 2 of my quick easy recipes.
Breakfast as they say is the most important meal of the day. Ive found one of the quickest and easiest breakfasts to make is porridge.
I just mix a small / medium amount of instant oats with a bit of water and microwave for 1 minute. I then stir in a small teaspoon of honey and it is fantastic!! It fills you up and gets you going for the day without being too bad for you!
A chicken fillet with veggies is always a good option for dinner, but a plain chicken fillet can also be a bit boring.
I just get a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard and paste it onto the chicken fillet before putting it into the oven for 30 mins.
Serve this with a nice plate of steamed veggies, and you cant go wrong!!
