Diet Mushroom Pizza

Diet Mushroom Pizza

1 round flat Lebanese bread (approx 22cm diameter)
cover the base with a low salt tomato paste
shake on lots of pepper
200g can of drained sliced button mushrooms
2 tablespoons (30g) of light mozzarella grated cheese
2 tablespoons (30g) of light tasty cheddar grated cheese

Place the pizza in a hot oven for approx 10 to 15 minutes depending upon how crispy you like it.
1 whole pizza is only 6 Weight Watcher points.

Is this a trick Dolly? :twisted: You shouldn't be telling dieters to eat pizza. Now I feel like eating pizza!

It's no trick Serena, the white Lebanese bread is worth 3 points (2½ if you get wholemeal)
2 heaped tablespoons (30g) of reduced fat grated cheese is 1½ points.
And the 2 heaped tablespoons (30g) of reduced fat grated mozzarella cheese is 1½ points
A grand total of only 6 points.

A few months ago I had one each lunch time, until I became bored with it.
