Diet Mushroom Pizza
1 round flat Lebanese bread (approx 22cm diameter)
cover the base with a low salt tomato paste
shake on lots of pepper
200g can of drained sliced button mushrooms
2 tablespoons (30g) of light mozzarella grated cheese
2 tablespoons (30g) of light tasty cheddar grated cheese
Place the pizza in a hot oven for approx 10 to 15 minutes depending upon how crispy you like it.
1 whole pizza is only 6 Weight Watcher points.
