Keeps well for 2-3 days...recipe is easily halved
180g rolled oats
250ml pure orange juice
500g low-fat flavoured yoghurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
45g slivered almonds
1 green apple, cored and diced
1 cup diced fruit eg: nectarine, peach, banana, grapes
Combine the oats, orange juice, yoghurt and maple syrup together in mixing bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
Add the fruit and almonds and mix through. Serve.
