LAMB ROGAN JOSH
500g diced lamb
TBS Crushed Garlic
2 Onions Diced
8 TBS Pataks Rogan Josh Curry Paste (more for medium to hot)
1 400g Can SPC Crushed tomatoes with garlic & capsicum
1 Small Tub, Natural Yoghurt
1 TBS Olive Oil (can be left out)
1. Heat olive oil in large saucepan, brown garlic, onion & lamb
2. Add curry Paste & stir through. Add can of tomatoes.
3. Simmer until lamb is tender. Add Yoghurt & stir thru.
4. All Ready!! Serve with basmati rice
You can add veg to this too and it tastes great. We have this at least once a week at home. The yoghurt is much better for you than coconut cream.
