How much is okay? Is two slices for a small one spread on a rice cake too much?
I cracked the 90kg mark for the first time in two years, I'm happy!!

I eat avocado all the time, I just count it in my daily points allowance ( I am doing weight watchers)

I usually have half a small one a day.

There are so many misconceptions with regard to avocado!
Some people say it is bad for you, others say that the fats in an avocado the body uses, so it is good for you.

Moderation is always the key here! And, it is better than using fattening butter or margarine!

Avocado is GOOD!

Some days I will have half a one, others none.
It's all good though!

Just make sure you count it in with whatever diet you are doing.

Chicken breast in the oven, topped with half an avocado thinly sliced (with black pepper) with a sprinkle of low fat or mozz cheese! YUMMY!

Also great as a spread instead of butter with chicken or tuna, etc.
