Avocado is GOOD!
Some days I will have half a one, others none.
It's all good though!
Just make sure you count it in with whatever diet you are doing.
Chicken breast in the oven, topped with half an avocado thinly sliced (with black pepper) with a sprinkle of low fat or mozz cheese! YUMMY!
Also great as a spread instead of butter with chicken or tuna, etc.
