800 grams of lean chicken mince
1 diced onion
1 finely chopped glove of garlic
1/2 a finely chopped capsicum
2 tablespoons of grated ginger (we skipped this)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
1 egg whisked
2 tablespoons of flour
Its pretty simple, you mix everything bar the flour together in a big bowl, make them into patties and cover them in flour. Cook them in a frying pan with canola spray for approx 7mins each side depending on size.
(hint: dont make them too big, they are very moist and can fall apart if they are big, ours were about the size of a small bread roll)
serves approx 12
and work out to be 97 calories each, one pattie would be enough to make a small burger
They were sooo delicious, we served them with turkish bread and salad!
