Saw this recipe in the paper today - looked pretty good
1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped parsley/chives
Salt and pepper (for sweet variation: omit this and the parsley/chives and add 1 tbsp caster sugar)
sift dry ingredients and mix wet ingredients in a different bowl. Add wet to dry and stir till combined. Cover and let stand for 30min. Try with the filling below:
15g butter (or maybe just a bit of oil)
3 medium zucchini
1 large grated carrot
pepper and salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
heat oil/butter and add curry then vegetables and sautee until tender, remove and stir through seasoning - it says to add 60g cheese now, but I reckon this could be left out.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
