There's a new spice thing out now by Masterfoods called "Spice Sensations". They aren't the cheapest thing on the planet, but then again, not much stuff is when you want taste with low fat and calories.
Use a packet and coat some thinly sliced chicken/lamb/beef (lean of course) and throw it through the wok with a little water/stock/rice wine vinegar. Add a splash of soy sauce and serve it on a bed of crispy salad and a little low fat mayonnaise if you desire.
It's very tasty indeed, and no breadcrumbs!!
