As I'm new, I'm not sure if this has been posted before, so forgive me if I have doubled up.

I was watching Jamie Oliver one day and he made pizza from scratch. It looked easy, so I tried it, and it IS very easy!!

For one 12" pizza:

2 cups wholemeal plain flour
3 tspn sugar (or splenda)
2 sachets yeast
1 tspn salt
About one cup of tepid water (use about 1/3 cup at a time till you have desired consistency)

Mix dry ingredients together, make a well in the centre and begin to add water. Mix till almost combined and then knead for a minute or so, just till it's combined. You can prove it for a while, but you don't have to.

Roll it out and top with your favourite pizza toppings. Cook in a blazing hot oven for about 12 minutes. If you have a fan forced oven, all the better.

I have no idea of the calories concerned here, but I do know that it has to be better than the stuff in the supermarket, or at Pizza Hut etc....

oooh i lurve jamie olivers cooking! i loved his potato show the other week yum yum
