Smart cookie - Cornflake choc-chip cookies

Smart Cookie... Cornflake Choc - Chip Cookie

125g light butter chopped softened
2/3 cup Castor Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/4 cup self- raising flour sifted
1 Tablespoon light milk
1 1/2 cups cornflakes
2/3 cup milk choc bits

1 Preheat oven 180.C & Line a flat try with baking paper

2 Using electric mixer, cream butter, sugar & vanilla in a bowl until pale & creamy. Add flour. Mix on low speed until combined. Add milk. Stir until dough comes together. Using a wooden spoon, stir in cornflakes & choc bits.

3 Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on baking paper on the tray make sure you leave enough room for spreading. Flatten balls slightly with a spatular.

4 Bake cookies for 10 - 15 mins until light golden. Stand for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completley. Repeat with remaining cookie mixture..Enjoy

Question- how many kjs/cals per biscuit?

I don't know I found the recipe in a health book but I made them the other day but I only used 1/2 the amount of choc chips you supose to the hubby & kids liked them I went out & they were all gone before I could eat one
