Cucumber "Crackers"

Cucumber “Crackersâ€￾

Cut cucumber into slices and sprinkle liberally with:
chicken salt
Garlic salt
salad herbs
pepper ...or your favourite herbs and seasonings
I put a little dob of low fat creamed cottage cheese on each slice
then topped with half of a little cherry tomato.

4 years later and I'm still making these, they're always a hit
as most people seem to be controlling what they consume these days.

Thanks for reviving this thread, Dolly. Those 'crackers' sound great! I'm definitely going to give them a go.
