I tried this yesterday. They are extremely yummy (ate two already
) and I think a lot healthier than the ones you get in the shop...
2 1/3 cup vanilla (or any other flavour) protein powder
45g sugar free chocolate (I used Well Naturally)
120g light cream cheese
30g chopped walnuts
1 tsp peanut butter
vanilla essence & sweetner to taste
Melt the chocolate, peanut butter, butter and cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave and mix well.
Add protein powder and nuts and combine well. You need to use your hands to get it mixed completely!
Press firmly into a tin, making sure it's packed in tight. Line the tin with baking paper to make it easier to get out.
Refrigerate until firm then cut into 12 slices.

* I got the idea from empowerfoods.com.au/forums, and just changed it a bit
* The nutritional info would depend on the brand of protein powder used
