
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cup vanilla (or any other flavour) protein powder
45g sugar free chocolate (I used Well Naturally)
50g butter
120g light cream cheese
30g chopped walnuts
1 tsp peanut butter
vanilla essence & sweetner to taste
Method:
Melt the chocolate, peanut butter, butter and cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave and mix well.
Add protein powder and nuts and combine well. You need to use your hands to get it mixed completely!
Press firmly into a tin, making sure it's packed in tight. Line the tin with baking paper to make it easier to get out.
Refrigerate until firm then cut into 12 slices.
Per slice:
Energy = 600kJ
Protein = 20g
Carbs = 2.6g
Fat = 6g
