Brown Rice with Chicken Ginger & Shallot

Per serve: 1,490KJ (460cal), 17g fat (4g sat), 3g Fibre, 42g Carbs, 33g Protien

1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
500g Chicken Breast (Diced)
2 Tbsp Ginger (crushed)
1 Tbsp Garlic (crushed)
2 x 250g SunRice Brown Rice in 90 Seconds
Soy Sauce
1 cup Spring Onions

1. Heat oil in non-stick pan. Add Chicken & stirfry until cooked.
2. Add Ginger & Garlic, fry gently for a minute.
3. Add rice & stir-fry until rice is hot
4. Add Soy sauce & spring onions & heat for a further minute

TIP: To stop the chicken tasting dry, cook it first, remove, then add to the vegies when ther're ready

That sounds beautiful! I was going to buy some of that 90sec brown rice today but didn't know if it'd be any good. What's it like? Any good?

Yeah it's pretty good. It goes well with the dish.
