1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
500g Chicken Breast (Diced)
2 Tbsp Ginger (crushed)
1 Tbsp Garlic (crushed)
2 x 250g SunRice Brown Rice in 90 Seconds
1 cup Spring Onions
1. Heat oil in non-stick pan. Add Chicken & stirfry until cooked.
2. Add Ginger & Garlic, fry gently for a minute.
3. Add rice & stir-fry until rice is hot
4. Add Soy sauce & spring onions & heat for a further minute
TIP: To stop the chicken tasting dry, cook it first, remove, then add to the vegies when ther're ready
