60 g Diced Cooked Chicken Breast
1 Chicken stock cube
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Cabbage
1/4 cup Mushrooms
1/4 cup Bean Shoots
1/4 cup Snow Peas
1/2 stalk Celery sliced diagonally
1/4 tbsp Olive Oil
1/8 chopped Onion
Disolve Chicken Stock cube in hot water. Set aside.
Saute all vegetabled in oil until soft.
Add Soy Sauce, Stock and diced Chicken Breast to pan and cook quickly, stirring constantly.
Awesome low carb recipe...If you are able to have rice would be beautiful on it, otherwise VERY tasty on its own
